When choosing a buffet style dining experience, you have the option to choose from a pre-selected buffet package or to create your own buffet from our ala carte selections.

As the host, you have the option to add any items onto the pre-selected buffets or keep them how they come. We do not allow substitutions for any pre-selected menu. The ala carte menu can include any item you wish to have from our list. These choices must be made at least 14 days prior to your event. We also require that you inform us if you would like to have desserts offered or not.

Payment options include: One check to be paid by the event host or one check for all food items to be paid by the host with individual drink tabs. As the host, you may also choose to pay for some of your guests' drinks, up to a pre-determined dollar amount or one to two drinks a person, and then require individual drink tabs. Regardless of what type of payment option you choose, a 18% auto-gratuity will be added to all checks.
