Do you take normal reservations?

We do not take reservations. However, by using our online waitlist, you can minimize the wait when you arrive at the restaurant.

How long before I arrive should I check the waitlist?

We recommend checking the waitlist at least 30 minutes before you plan to arrive (checking earlier on Friday and Saturday nights is advisable). You will be able to see what place you are in line and will receive a text when your table is ready. We ask that you be available for seating within five minutes of your notification so that we can best serve you.

Why don’t I see the waitlist after pressing the “Join Our Waitlist Button”?

The online waitlist is only available when there is a wait at the restaurant. If you don’t see a “Join Waitlist” button on our Tock homepage then come on in!

Can I be seated on the patio / other accommodations?

Please let us know in the comment section when joining the waitlist if: you would like to be seated on our patio, have a dog (Patio Only), need a highchair for your child, have serious food allergies, or any other needs that we can take care of to make your time at Trails End more enjoyable.

What is the max party size?

The largest party we can accommodate is 15 people. If you would like to have an event at Trails End with more people, we suggest checking out our banquet room which is available for rent year-round.
