Reheating Suggestions
Oven times may vary slightly based on pan size and oven temperature. All times are based on standard, non-convection ovens (subtract 5 minutes, on average, for convection ovens).
Turkey
· Heat covered at 400° for 20 minutes, or until turkey is hot throughout. Turkey stock has been added to keep it from drying out!
Stuffin’ Muffins
· Heat covered at 400° for 20 minutes; finish uncovered for 5 minutes to get a crispier golden brown crust if desired!
Mashed Potatoes
Extra cream has been added to prevent drying out. You can adjust the flavor to your liking by adding extra salt, butter, cream or milk during heating and mixing well.
· To heat in pan provided: Heat covered at 400° for 20 minutes; stir well and recover, cook 20 minutes more. Stir once again and serve.
· For stovetop (recommended for best results): Empty contents of pan into a sauce pan and heat on medium-high, stirring frequently until heated through; serve.
Green Bean Casserole
· Heat pan covered at 400° for approximately 20 minutes (2-4 person size) or 30 minutes (6+ person size) until casserole is heated through and bubbling on the edges. Uncover and heat 3-4 additional minutes to crisp the top; add frizzled onion topping, then let set 5 minutes before serving.
Gravy
· For stovetop (recommended for best results): Transfer to a sauce pan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring or whisking frequently. Can be microwaved instead if desired.
Rolls
· Warm briefly in oven or microwave, or serve as is.
